What we can offer you; 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Access to our company/people’s pension scheme Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to 24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household One paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you’ll be doing; Manage the waste reception and ash residue hall areas, maintaining a safe environment Managing vehicle movements and operating mobile plant equipment to load vehicles and maintain a high level of cleanliness Operation of the plant refuge cranes Cleaning of the plant and equipment to maintain the health, safety and operational standards required Carrying out plant inspections, taking readings and training with the operations shift team Any other duties as instructed by the Operations Supervisor / Shift Team Leader What we're looking for; Problem solving and being able to work well as part of a team Current counterbalance forklift truck, Telehandler and wheel loader driving qualification or equivalent desirable PC literate and good communication and organisational skills. Be self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision and able to cope with prioritising simultaneous tasks to achieve objectives Driving licence is essential Experience of operating a mobile plant is desirable What’s next?
