Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s interior design and fit-out projects. This includes planning, budgeting, resource allocation, vendor and client coordination, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
Supervise the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects (commercial, residential, retail, etc.).
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget allocation.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and MEP teams to align on deliverables.
Operations Oversight
Ensure smooth operations across departments: design, procurement, site execution, and logistics.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor daily work schedules, site productivity, and material delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on all project sites.
Team & Resource Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently.
Evaluate staff performance and identify training needs.
Client & Vendor Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients during execution phases.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers.
Financial Control
Prepare and manage project budgets and reports.
Minimize waste and maximize productivity to optimize cost efficiency.
Approve purchase orders, material requisitions, and subcontractor payments.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance.
Resolve issues or defects promptly.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in operations or project management within the interior design and fit-out industry.
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial/residential fit-out projects in the UAE or GCC region.
Skills:

Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project) and MS Office.
In-depth understanding of materials, construction techniques, and MEP coordination.
