WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years of proven experience in managing armguard or armed security services.
• Demonstrated ability in security operations, team management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and marketing within the security industry.
• Skilled in conducting risk assessments, audits, and crisis response planning.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
• Must have a clean criminal record and be able to pass background screening.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Kaisar Group is seeking a results-driven and experienced Operation Manager – Armguard Security to lead and grow our armguard security division. This position is pivotal to our strategic business expansion into armguard services. The ideal candidate will not only oversee daily security operations but also play a key role in recruitment, compliance, and business development.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Plan, implement, and manage armguard security operations.
• Develop and execute business strategies to grow the armguard service offering in line with our company expansion goals.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of armguard personnel to ensure operational excellence.
• Liaise with clients to understand project security requirements.
• Coordinate with local authorities and law enforcement for operational support and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits, risk assessments, and security audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure proper handling, usage, and storage of firearms according to legal and safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records, compliance reports, and incident documentation.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to position at our company as a premier provider of armguard services.
• Monitor manpower requirements and address any shortages or logistics issues proactively.
