Description

We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager – Crypto Exchange to lead and optimize day-to-day operations across trading, payments, custody, and settlement. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth execution of transactions, safeguarding client assets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. You will coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence while ensuring timely reporting to government and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of crypto trading, ensuring accurate and timely daily settlement. Responsible for timely customers' fiat deposit and withdrawal, ensuring accurate and timely funds movement in banks and partners. Responsible for operational security in managing customers' crypto asset custody, deposit, and withdrawal. Responsible for security monitoring and risk management of transactions, in accordance to AML and KYC standard and regulations. Responsible for designing and implementing operational controls to reduce errors, risks, and fraud. Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring clear accountability and efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s is a plus). 5+ years of experience in operations within crypto exchanges and blockchain. Strong knowledge of crypto trading workflows, blockchain settlements, custody models, and payment operations. Proven experience in regulatory reporting (e.g., OJK, BI, CFX, or equivalent financial regulators). Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and financial compliance requirements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines.
