We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing cleaning services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, and leading our cleaning teams to deliver the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
  • Lead, train, and motivate cleaning supervisors and staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards
  • Manage client relationships and handle service feedback professionally
  • Plan staff deployment and scheduling to optimize efficiency
  • Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies for smooth operations
  • Prepare operational reports and assist management in decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning / facility management industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of WSQ standards and safety requirements will be an advantage
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software)
  • Minimum Diploma in related field preferred
