Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day port and terminal operations.
• Oversee vessel loading/unloading and cargo handling activities.
• Supervise stevedoring operations and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate berth planning, yard operations, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, port regulations, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, terminal operators, and port authorities.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Lead multi-shift operations and ensure efficient workforce management.
• Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
• Ensure timely and safe execution of all port operational activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Port Operations, Terminal Operations, or Stevedoring.
• Strong experience in vessel operations, cargo handling, and bulk cargo handling.
• Experience in berth planning, yard management, and manpower deployment.
• Proven experience managing large operational teams and multi-shift operations.
• Knowledge of HSE standards, port regulations, and operational compliance.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, terminal operators, and port authorities.
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Port Operations, Logistics, Marine Operations, or a related field.
• GCC/UAE experience will be an added advantage.
