WHAT YOU WILL DO 安全管理：在运营团队内部落实安全生产责任制，组织安全检查，及时发现和消除安全隐患，确保员工安全和生产安全。监督环保设施运行，保证“三废”达标排放，避免环境污染事故。工艺管理：规划生产工艺，制定标准操作规程，推进并落实DCS系统；生产管理：紧密与生产计划合作，组织和协调各环节工作，确保生产任务按时、按质、按量完成。严格控制生产工艺参数，监督操作人员遵守操作规程，保证生产过程稳定、安全。在运营内部推进TPM理念，不断提高生产效率并控制成本。人员管理：合理安排运营团队人员岗位职责，培养团队，明确岗位分工和工作落实，及时给予指导和反馈。协助新产品开发，在生产内部落实试生产和工艺路线设计。关注产品质量和客户要求，和各部门一起在运营内部不断改进，提升，不断提高客户满意度。应急处理：在公司HSE部门支持下，组织应急演练，提高员工应急处置能力。在发生突发事件时，迅速启动应急预案，组织人员进行救援和处理。沟通协调：与工厂其他部门安全、质量，研发，设备，物流，计划等部门保持密切沟通，及时传递运营部门信息和落实各部门的各种要求。 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 教育背景：化工及相关专业本科以上学历，具备扎实的化工专业知识。工作经验：10年以上化工生产企业工作经验，有管理过100人左右团队的工作经验。熟悉精细化工生产工艺流程，熟悉化工生产工艺，关注批次精细化工工艺，熟悉PID图纸的解读；熟悉危险化学品生产相关的法律法规和安全技术要求。具备较强的生产组织和协调能力，有很强的成本和效率提升的经验和意识。具备应急管理知识和能力，能够在突发事件中迅速做出正确决策。团队管理：有较强的管理沟通能力，和跨部门协调能力，丰富的人员管理经验，能够激励和引导员工，提高团队工作效率和凝聚力。 A trusted partner at nearly three million customer locations, Ecolab (NYSE:ECL) is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
