As Production Manager, the resource will be responsible for meeting production planning requests through the management of operators and machinery, reporting directly to the Plant Manager in close collaboration with the rest of his/her peer functions.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and supervision of production activities;
• Setting up and scheduling production activities;
• Maintenance and improvement of production process performance;
• Monitoring and management of the main KPIs to ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards;
• Tracking of the efficiencies of individual machinery;
• Processing and analysis of production data to implement continuous improvement actions;
• Ability to interface with the various departments and functional reports for the analysis and resolution of problems;
• Ability to generate an annual productivity plan that contributes to the company budget

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering;
• Professional English required;
• Seniority in the role of 5/7 years, metalworking sector is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of production processes and planning dynamics
• Ability to optimize flows and resources with a view to efficiency and quality
• Aptitude for operational work, with a strong problem-solving orientation
