Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and guide teams to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.
Deployment Oversight: Ensure optimal officer deployment and coverage aligned with operational needs.
Report Management: Review, vet, and submit comprehensive reports to clients within deadlines.
Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to plan and execute special assignments effectively.
Performance Audits: Conduct regular audits to assess and enhance officer performance and compliance.
Recognition Initiatives: Acknowledge exceptional performance with incentives and commendations.
Training & Development: Deliver refresher training to maintain high operational standards.
Feedback & Resolution: Investigate complaints or feedback and implement appropriate corrective actions.
HOTO Process: Oversee the smooth handover and takeover process for departing officers.
Spot Checks: Perform routine spot checks to ensure adherence to protocols.
Client Support: Address client queries promptly and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Officer Support: Provide guidance and assistance to officers, addressing their queries effectively.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Respond to site requirements and urgent situations, even outside office hours.
