Ihre Aufgaben * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmens‑, Qualitäts‑, Arbeits‑ und Brandschutzrichtlinien * Gewährleistung ordnungsgemäßer Be‑ und Entladevorgänge sowie Lagerung nach FiFo * Überwachung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Disziplin am Standort * Schulung und Unterweisung des Teams sowie Klärung operativer Personalthemen * Vermeidung von Schäden und Schrott sowie Durchführung von Prozess‑Audits * Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung des Personaleinsatzes * Überwachung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe (z. B. Kommissionierung) und Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontrollen * Ansprechpartner*in für den Kunden bei Abwesenheit der Standortleitung * Analyse und Lösung operativer Probleme * Erstellung von Schicht‑ und Unfallberichten, Problemanalysen und Verladedokumentationen * Meldung von Beständen, Transportschäden und logistischen Themen an die Standortleitung * Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung (KVP) und Verfolgung fachlicher Entwicklungen Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik (z. B.
