Job Summary

Al Meshari Heavy Equipment Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operation Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our generator rental business. The ideal candidkate must have strong technical and operational knowledge of diesel generators, rental fleet management, maintenance planning, logistics coordination, and customer service within the generator rental industry.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the generator rental division.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor generator deployment, installation, commissioning, and off-hire activities.
  • Ensure maximum fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise maintenance schedules, breakdown services, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Coordinate with sales, workshop, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor generator performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare operational reports, fleet status reports, and performance analyses.
  • Manage manpower allocation, technician schedules, and site operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure prompt resolution of operational issues.
  • Control operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Support business growth by improving operational processes and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Generator Rental Industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generators, power distribution systems, and rental operations.
• Experience in fleet management, workshop operations, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
