Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our interior Fit out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Fit out projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the interior Fit out industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale interior Fitout projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards within the interior Fit Out industry.
  • Must have experience working as an Operations Manager for a period of at least 8 years in the Fit-Out Industry.
  • Must have a UAE valid driving license.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior Fit out projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within scope.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the execution phase.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
  • Control costs and optimize resource allocation to improve project profitability.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for the Fitout projects.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement for future projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure timely deliveries and quality work.
