Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities and supplier coordination.
• Source materials and services while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with operations, warehouse, and supply chain teams.
• Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
• 3-5 years of procurement experience within the Food & Beverage (F&B), FMCG, or Food Distribution industry.
• Strong experience in sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, purchase order processing, and inventory coordination.
• Good understanding of local and international suppliers, food ingredients, packaging, and operational procurement.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
