Nipromec Oy Ltd is an international consulting and engineering company founded in 2003. We offer design and consulting services for multiple industries with emphasis on energy and construction. Nipromec offices in Finland are located in Rauma, Turku, Pori, Tampere, Mikkeli and Helsinki. Group has offices also in Malmö in Sweden and Erlangen in Germany.
We are now looking for a professional with experience in the commissioning and/or operational management of biogas plants or process plants in Finland and abroad. Possible project will start earliest in 12/2025 until 12/2026.

Main tasks include:

• Managing the operation of the plant
• Handling the communication between the plant operator/owner team and maintenance team
• Advising end client on daily production and operations
• Management and handling of possible issues in the process

We expect:

• Solid and strong process understanding
• Experience in plant start-ups is a plus
• Experience in biological processes containing plants or in gas processing domain in oil&gas sector
• Possesses capabilities/competencies to lead daily operations
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent English, Finnish language is a plus
