Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to lead and optimize airport operations in Dubai. This role involves managing daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, implementing efficient processes, and maintaining safety standards to enhance the overall airport operations experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in operations management, preferably within airport industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of airport operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
