JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure smooth execution of civil construction projects. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with some in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
