• Assist in managing the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution of duties.
• Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, goods movement, and stock levels in the ERP system.
• Handle and resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and staff conflicts.
• Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff.
• Monitor vehicle/equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance or repair as needed.
• Manage the company’s fleet and record expenses of company vehicles’ fuel, toll and parking charges.
• Provide support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues.
• Ad hoc delivery and servicing, preplan delivery and servicing schedules.
• Manging delivery and technician team.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Capable of performing manual tasks and willing to be hands-on when required.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations is an advantage.
