QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of F&B or restaurant management experience; multi-location or food truck management is a plus.
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills with a hands-on management style.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, inventory, and staff management.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • UAE experience and driver’s license preferred for multi-site oversight.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate overall daily operations across three outlets, ensuring smooth workflows, service consistency, team leadership, and business growth. This hands-on leader will ensure each location upholds Sushi Station’s standards for excellence in food quality, customer experience, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations for all outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Supervise, recruit, train, and motivate restaurant and food truck staff, fostering teamwork and performance excellence.
  • Manage budgetary control, P&L, inventory, cash flow, and cost-management across locations.
  • Implement, monitor, and improve standard operating procedures, maximizing operational efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by handling escalated feedback and proactively ensuring outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure strict compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate on menu development, marketing activation, and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Develop staff schedules and oversee performance management processes across all outlets.
  • Report regularly on business performance and identify areas for operational improvements and growth.
