Description

Summary: Oversees the quality and success of WD SWIM School’s operations including scheduling, pool operations, C/S, sales and vending department. Moreover, private party and workplace employee relations. Responsible for exhibiting an ability to achieve the financial targets for WD SWIM as outlined in the budget by motivating, leading, and supervising a team of highly engaged employees.

Responsibilities

Administration/Organization

  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple situations at once
  • Directs operations to ensure the school is running per WD Swim standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate and implement company policies and procedures to employees of WD Swim
  • Manages the staff of WD Swim to ensure productivity, excellent performance and positive employee satisfaction.
  • Responsible for training, attendance, employee relations of 20 - 30 staffs

Leadership/Motivation

  • Oversee, support, direct and develop staff of 20-30 employees
  • Initiates and oversees workplace employee activities with the goal of achieving improved employee satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Management

  • Achieve desired sales and enrollment targets
  • Achieve desired revenue goals by leading a team of actively engaged employees
  • Ensure the front desk sales staff has a high level of knowledge about our premier learn to swim lessons

Operations

  • Trains and oversees all staff to ensure that the WD Swim standard operating procedures are being maintained.
  • Support personnel related problems or difficulties by following company procedures and documentation
  • Interacts with the Deck Supervisors on issues related to class scheduling, student progress, customer service and employee performance and training
  • Gains knowledge and experience of scheduling software to achieve a high level of competence in bookings, class scheduling, and reporting functions.

Customer Service

  • Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to WD Swim families

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
