Description

Responsible for performing the final inspection of assembly products to meet Customer quality standards. 1. Perform In-process and Final Inspection for assembly tools and loose assembly modules to meet the requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents. 2. Initiate Material Review Board (MRB) review when part or assembly is not according to requirement as defined on drawing, WI and any related documents during in-process inspection. 3. Update outgoing inspection record after Final Inspection to allow monitoring of the internal quality. 4. Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for any non-conformance found to ensure reject is recorded. 5. Perform inspection according to in-process checklist and outgoing checklist. 6. Support and participate in company continuous improvement program. 1. Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical engineering 2. At least 3 years in Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing 3. Proficient mechanical measurement 4. Good communication skills -

Responsibilities

The inspector is responsible for conducting in-process and final quality checks on assembly tools and modules against specified drawings and documents. This includes initiating Material Review Board reviews for non-conforming parts and documenting all rejections via Non-Conformance Reports.
