We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Security Lead to oversee and coordinate SCOR’s operational security activities. This role is ideal for a security professional with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership capabilities. You will supervise the work of the Operations Security Engineers, coordinate with service owners, and ensure the effective implementation of security controls across infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint environments. You will also be responsible for aggregating key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing centralized reporting, and supporting the CISO in preparing reports for top management.
