Our client is an international chemical trading and investment MNC backed by a blue-chip parent co which is stable and established. It is based in town (right next to a MRT station). This MNC offers flexi work arrangements (some WFH days is allowed). This role supports the PVC sales team in the following operation functions:

  • Provide after-sales support to the marketing team.
  • Prepare and verify Letters of Credit (LC) documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) in accordance with bank requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with the regulations of the destination country (e.g., HS codes, preferential certificates).
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and overseas partners to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
  • Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones to track shipments, share updates, and follow instructions.
  • Demonstrate discipline and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with remote teams.

Requirements

  • Preferably have 2-4 years related operations or after sales support experience in a commodity or trading environment
  • Understanding of UCP600, and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).
  • Able to work well as a team member
  • Must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
  • Has a stable cv

  • This MNC also allows WFH arrangement (around 2 to 3 days per week after probation).
  • This MNC allows for flexi time work arrangement in a day (e.g to start earlier/ later and end earlier/ later accordingly) with HOD’s approval
