JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and securing cargo bookings as part of the sales function;
2. Responsible for accepting customer booking requests, confirming customer booking requirements, and handling customer service;
   3.Responsible for the documentation operations related to export and transshipment on all company routes, including the creation, modification, and management of bills of lading.
