Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support and optimize our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze workflows and identify areas for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR) to support operational needs. Maintain and update operational documentation, reports, and databases. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management. Support project management tasks and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Handle vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory management as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an operations, administrative, or project coordination role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., logistics, tech, finance]. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
