About the role: As an Operation Specialist you will plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer bookings, maintaining operational efficiency, and addressing inquiries to enhance the overall customer experience. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for handling critical components of our customers' ski holiday arrangements. Key Responsibilities Process customer bookings, amendments, and transfers via various communication channels (online platforms, mail, and telephone). Collaborate with the operations team to gather demand data for our range of products and services. Resolve booking-related issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Support pre-registration activities as needed for streamlined operations. Manage daily correspondence, responding to inquiries and making reservations promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a tidy work area at all times. Requirements Proficiency in using Excel and Google Spreadsheet. Strong attention to detail, and ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous. Flexibility to be available on weekends as needed. Proficiency in multitasking and adeptness in working with multiple systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling complex tasks efficiently. Advantages (Not Mandatory) Proficiency in French language. Background in the Travel Technology sector. Skiing expertise.
