• MUST HAVE experience in Construction field, most preferably with BMU & Garbage Chute system, it’s Installation & Fabrication
• Ensure Timely delivery of projects
• Ensure there are no client escalations
• Plan the work and the workforce requirement
• Optimize the workforce
• Deliver the project within the agreed cost and timeline
• Maintain the project margins
• Regular inspection of project sites
• Manage Team’s Timesheet
• Keep the Project Cost Break Up Tracker up-to-date
• Do a daily/weekly planning for the team
• Conduct formal weekly meetings with the team
• Weekly and Monthly Reporting to the management
• Coordination with third party consultants
• All leads to be forwarded to the company to increased business
• Ensure there are no escalations
• Need to have UAE Driving License
• Salary: To be discussed upon Interview

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• BMU/Garbage Chute System: 1 year (Preferred)
