REQUIREMENTS

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems / warehouse software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Forklift license will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit.
• Able to work independently.

• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
• Manage and guide warehouse staff and drivers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with sales teams for stock replenishment.
• Oversee logistics systems, stock taking and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance in warehouse operations and production operations.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.
