Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Field Operation Executive to manage documentation, coordinate with government authorities, and ensure smooth processing of solar project approvals. This role is critical in ensuring timely execution of projects through accurate documentation and effective follow-ups. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Documentation & File Preparation Collect and verify all required documents for submission to the electricity department. Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files to facilitate faster approvals. 2. Coordination with Electricity Department Schedule and attend meetings with electricity department officials. Present project details, resolve queries, and support the approval process. 3. Site Inspection Coordination Liaise with Junior Engineers (JE) and Assistant Engineers (AE) for site inspections. Coordinate schedules and ensure compliance with regulations. 4. Agreement & Approval Follow-ups Follow up with Executive Engineers for timely agreement sign-offs. Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted efficiently. 5. Billing & Subsidy Processing Track and follow up for issuance of the first solar electricity bill. Identify eligible clients for government subsidies and prepare subsidy documentation. Coordinate with authorities for smooth approval and disbursement. 6. Client Communication & Relationship Management Provide regular updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Address queries promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Collect feedback post-project completion to improve future processes. Requirements Male candidate preferred. Minimum qualification: B.Com, BBA, ITI, or related field. 1+ year of relevant experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, documentation handling). Strong communication skills in the local language and basic English. Valid motorbike driving license and willingness to travel using own vehicle.
