The Company is an industry-leading Irish company providing professional property maintenance and property upgrade services across Ireland.
We are looking to expand our organisation and give someone a great opportunity to work in an ever-changing environment based in our Head office in Galway.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience managing office/client operations, Accounting/Billing tasks, and administrative duties. Responsibilities include Production of reports/coordinating with field-based staff, supporting projects, performing bookkeeping using Xero, Experience with Job Logic or similar type application.

You should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills, a professional demeanour, and a willingness to learn.

  • Report to: Operations Manager
  • Position: Full-Time Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
  • Work Environment: Professional Office Based
  • Location: Galway

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Previous experience working in a Property Management/Facilities office environment.
  • Experience of Capex Projects
  • Client Management – Multiple sites
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Excellent timing keeping.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and prioritization skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Good writing and editing skills.
    Salary is dependent on experience

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate office maintenance and handle client requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management and travel requirements.
  • Provide support for various projects.
  • Assist in document and Report production.
  • Assist with Health and Safety administration.
  • Perform Accounting duties using Xero and other accounts/billing administration duties.
  • Screen and respond to incoming calls, emails, and post as necessary.
  • Handle general ad-hoc and administrative duties.
