Key Responsibilities Validate client enrollment data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with insurance companies to confirm that enrollment details, coverage information, and premium amounts are accurate and aligned between all parties. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, client service) to resolve enrollment-related issues and support client requests. Has the potential of developing skills of creating automation flows Skills and experience that will lead to success Proficient in Excel formulas, including SUMIF, COUNTIF, lookup functions, and text mining formulas. High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large volumes of data. Good communication skills for interacting with insurers and internal stakeholders.
