OPERATION THEATER COORDINATOR

• Lead OT operations, ensuring seamless workflow between surgeons, anesthetists, and technicians.
• Manage schedules, equipment inventory, and sterilization protocols.
• Oversee patient safety, adherence to infection control policies, and emergency preparedness.
• Train and supervise OT staff, ensuring compliance with hospital standards (DHA/MOH).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing/OT Technology or Healthcare Management (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of OT experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• DHA/MOH License (or eligibility) mandatory.
• Expertise in surgical workflows, inventory systems, and accreditation standards (JCI preferred).
• English fluency is a plus (for patient/staff coordination).

  Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
