The Role As an Operational Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our base teams with all administrative activity, ensuring that base life runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Base Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Managing all administrative activity within the base(s) Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the base management team Processing and paying roster disruption payments accurately Supporting note-taking in meetings, including safety investigations and Employee Relations cases Coordinating joiner and leaver processes for crew, including organising base days and ensuring equipment and IDs are managed Supporting base communications and producing agendas and minutes for meetings Addressing car parking concerns and identifying long-term solutions Resolving or escalating crew base infrastructure or service delivery issues Assisting crew with administrative queries and promoting self-service Guiding grounded maternity crew working in the office Organising base events and supporting PR activities Providing guidance on broken or damaged devices Escorting and supporting base visits to ensure seamless processes Identifying issues for escalation and providing innovative solutions What we’re looking for Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an airline environment Understanding of high-volume operational businesses High degree of IT literacy, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication skills Well organised with meticulous attention to detail Bilingual proficiency in both English and French is required; Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential Ability to build positive relationships, deliver results, and adapt to change What you’ll get in return Up to 20%25 maximum bonus 5%25 pension contributions Medical Cash Plan Excellent staff travel benefits 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday Various flexible benefits and extras Practicalities This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
