Job Title: Senior Operational & Finance Analyst
Location: Milford, IN (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Operational & Finance Analyst to join our team. This role blends deep financial expertise with operational insight, supporting senior leadership in making informed decisions that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics or supply chain, coupled with advanced financial acumen in cost, pricing, and margin analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, operations, or supply chain analysis .
• Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and operational cost drivers .
• Expertise in margin and variance analysis, cost/pricing analysis, and financial reporting .
• Proven track record of supporting M&A and cross-functional operational projects .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and present insights to senior leadership.
• Highly analytical with the ability to connect financial data to operational performance.

• Partner with Controllers and senior leadership to perform margin, variance, and cost analysis across business units.
• Analyze the financial impact of logistics and supply chain operations on pricing, profitability, and overall business strategy.
• Support M&A activities by conducting due diligence, integration planning, and financial modeling for operational projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and finance teams to optimize processes and align strategies.
• Provide financial insights to guide pricing decisions, cost efficiencies, and operational improvements.
