Your Role

  • management of order-to-delivery cycles including expediting, delivery date monitoring, and proactive delay mitigation
  • ensuring accuracy of material master data and maintaining vendor information in SAP
  • conducting regular supplier performance reviews and building strong supplier relationships through regular communication
  • monitoring price variations and supporting forecasting processes
  • managing invoice discrepancies and ensuring compliance with payment terms
  • identifying and implementing automation opportunities in the procurement process
  • developing and maintaining standard operating procedures while participating in value stream mapping and process improvement workshops

Your Profile

  • You have completed a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical education
  • experience in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing and/or demand planning would be beneficial
  • highly organized, disciplined, and structured individual
  • team player with excellent communication skills
  • efficient in managing large amounts of data and frequently updating information
  • good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office package, especially Microsoft Excel
  • advanced knowledge in SAP
