Your tasks... As an operational buyer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning and controlling material requirements to ensure a smooth and timely supply of production:

• Contact person for suppliers regarding questions about delivery capacities, processing of orders, and clarification of quality or delivery deviations.
• Coordination and tracking of technical changes to components and drawings during the ongoing process
• Responsibility for monitoring and optimizing inventory levels
• Maintenance, updating and optimization of relevant material and planning data in the ERP system

Your qualifications...

• Successfully completed vocational qualification in the commercial sector, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) with a commercial focus
• Prior professional experience in the areas of material planning, procurement, scheduling or supply chain management is an advantage.
• Proficient use of standard MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems, ideally Infor LN.
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
