EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage management role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques, cafe operations, catering services, and coffee preparation.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff members, customers, and other departments.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.
  • Proficient in using computer software for inventory management, scheduling, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency
  • Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that meet customer expectations and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to coordinate orders and ensure seamless service delivery.
