Job Description

  • Administration of operational learning including but not limited to scheduling, room bookings, logistics, catering, invites, calendar invites and on-site support.
  • Review existing operational learning support processes, initiate process improvements to realise efficiencies and develop process maps for operational learning support team.
  • Collaborate with the broader C&C team to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Ensure the Culture and Capability calendar is maintained with all scheduled events to ensure visibility across the team.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that learning is current, accessible to employees and maintained with learning attendance records.
  • Support the review of existing learning content to ensure it’s fit for purpose and aligned with core business priorities.
  • Responds to general learning queries through the P&C inbox to support the business with learning needs
  • Support with developing surveys and capturing relevant feedback to measure the ROI of learning initiatives.
  • Ensure learning information is maintained on the Intranet to encourage self-service, promotion of learning opportunities.
  • Process invoices related to operational learning delivery from external vendors.
  • As capacity allows, support across other Operational learning initiatives or the broader C&C team to gain exposure and development.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a coordinator role.
  • Human centred, problem solver with a learning mindset.
  • Deals with ambiguity in a calm and considered way.
  • Strong attention to detail, manage various prioritise and deliver at pace.
  • Project management advantageous.
