We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Operational Communications Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the creation, verification and delivery of operational communications to Australian Retirement Trust members.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Assist in the development of the optimal communication journey to meet operational and transactional communication needs.
• Create exceptional customer centric communications ensuring they portray technical and legislative information in an engaging yet simple way.
• Coordinate the production process for operational documents, including the compliance, legal and verification processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate these into clear, concise and effective high-quality communications that are understood and enjoyed by stakeholders.
• Engage and influence the business and team to understand and communicate dependencies, schedules, priorities and achievability of organisation wide initiated projects and change.
