Description Grip Security is looking for an Operational Analyst to join our community! We are a fast-growing startup in the software-as-a-service security industry. The SaaS security field is complex and challenging; therefore, we're looking for super-talented people, who are not afraid of technical challenges and breaking down barriers to achieve good solutions. The job We’re looking for an Operational Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our product and services delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders - including Product Managers, Customer Support, the Data Group, and more - to ensure smooth operations, data accuracy, and an exceptional experience for our customers. Our mission is to empower security teams to safeguard their SaaS-Identity risk landscape. Grip discovers and classifies risk across SaaS and web applications, uncovering risk-prone identities and accounts to close security gaps, prioritize access controls, and achieve continuous SaaS and identity compliance. Key Responsibilities Leverage SQL and analytical tools to extract, analyze, and interpret data from live, complex databases to support customer success initiatives and resolve data-related issues. Partner with the Annotator Team and Data Group to improve data collection and enrichment processes, including hands-on annotation and quality assurance for ongoing projects. Serve as the technical point of contact between Field Engineers and the Delivery teams (Product and R&D), ensuring smooth and accurate communication of product functionality and data insights. Conduct in-depth investigations to facilitate issue resolution, bridging gaps between field and development, and ensuring timely closure of open issues. Define, optimize, and implement data processing and operational workflows. Contribute to a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across teams. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Technical Customer Support in the high-tech industry. Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools. Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Highly motivated, responsible, fast learner, and detail-oriented. Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Advantage: Knowledge of Python and data analysis packages (e.g., Pandas). Advantage: Experience in a managerial or team coordination role.
