Company Description McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for an Operational Data QC Specialist to join our ever-growing team. Job Description Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data within operational systems. Monitor and control potential data discrepancies and anomalies. Perform data validation as part of the quality control process before data is utilized in business operations. Identify data issues and coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate their resolution. Execute and maintain strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to data management. Prepare and ensure the completeness and validity of BAST (Handover Certificate) documents prior to the invoicing process. Compile reports and provide actionable feedback for process and data quality improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/IT/Statistics or related field Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in data quality or another related field Strong attention to detail with a strict data accuracy mindset. Mandatory: Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets. Solid understanding of basic data validation and data cleaning processes. Strong analytical thinking capabilities, including the ability to perform simple Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Plus: Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
