Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

As an Operational Delivery Coordinator (ODC), you will play a key role in managing and optimizing business application operations. Your focus will be on ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with application specifications and service level agreements (SLAs).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure smooth application operations, meeting SLA targets and driving continuous improvements.
• Act as a key stakeholder in defining and updating SLAs.
• Manage escalations for critical incidents and requests, ensuring compliance with relevant controls.
• Lead audits and represent operational aspects in internal and external audit meetings.
• Develop and maintain a Service Improvement Plan (SIP) aligned with the System Owner’s requirements.
• Optimize system setups, including upgrades, support packs, and patching, to meet consumer needs.
• Collect and communicate improvement suggestions to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage the annual run cost budget for application services.
• Ensure ITIL-compliant processes are followed across operations.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and enhance satisfaction with Vattenfall IT deliverables.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for applications during the production phase.
• Maintain technical documentation and create stakeholder communication plans.
• Foster strong collaborations between internal and external stakeholders.
