You will drive a culture of high performance and efficiency through data-driven process design, balancing workforce levels with workload requirements to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities Workforce Management (WFM): Forecast workload requirements, monitor KPIs (utilization rates, shrinkage), and optimize shift patterns to minimize idle time. Continuous Improvement (CI): Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies; lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and investigations into operational failures. Process Excellence: Document "As-Is" workflows and design "To-Be" states; maintain a centralized library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Automation & Technology: Identify high-volume manual tasks for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and collaborate with Product teams to implement AI-driven workflows. Change Management: Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and establishing feedback loops for frontline employees. Performance Analysis: Calculate ROI for automation projects and ensure the existing tech stack (CRM, ERP) is used to its full potential. The Ingredients Experience: Proven background in Operational Excellence (OpEx) and workforce management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in WFM software, data visualization (Tableau/PowerBI), and Process Mapping. Automation Knowledge: Experience with automation tools like UiPath or Power Automate. Mindset: Analytical mindset with influential leadership skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
