The Operational Excellence – Department Manager (E1) is responsible for establishing and driving best practices across the PMO by developing and enhancing policies, processes, and procedures aligned with organizational standards. The role focuses on strengthening quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks, while ensuring consistent application of stage-gate processes and performance monitoring systems across all projects. The manager leads capability development within the department, oversees data-driven performance analysis, and ensures accurate reporting through PMIS platforms. Additionally, the role coordinates with internal stakeholders to implement operational initiatives, manage risk registers, and develop KPIs, fostering a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
