Job Description • Leads the annual Hoshin Kanri, Continuous Improvement (CI) and operational excellence strategy aligned with plant management goals • Identifies improvement opportunities and manages OPEX projects to improve plant performance and achieve yearly targets • Conducts internal OPEX audits to ensure improvement initiatives deliver value and align with business objectives • Drives the implementation and sustainability of OPEX systems, standards, and best practices across the plant • Ensures teams apply OPEX tools, methods, and routines effectively through coaching and training programs • Leads continuous improvement workshops and develops action plans to enhance shop floor and indirect operations • Acts as PMO for plant improvement projects, supporting performance recovery plans and sharing best practices across sites Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field • 1–3 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Production Engineering • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Innovative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in English and highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications Additional Information People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
