POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will drive the flawless execution and delivery of Technology Solution Center orders across the fulfillment lifecycle. Your oversight spans inventory receipt through final delivery, optimizing performance across ITAD, Repairs, Warehouse Special Services, and Integration Lab operations. While not customer-facing, this role is critical to meeting customer expectations through precise execution of all requirements and SLAs.
You will partner with warehouse teams, leads, and quality department to achieve 100% on-time, accurate order execution. Success requires continuous monitoring of order flow, proactive risk mitigation, and ensuring complete capture of service revenue to support Zones’ revenue and margin targets. Through detailed analysis of metrics and trends, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations and strengthen customer satisfaction. Strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE CAN EXPECT A SALARY RANGE OF $70,000-$90,000
