QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree in relevant discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Competence in instructing and guiding others
  • Competence in using IT tools for data analysis, process mapping and presentations
  • Strong application knowledge of LEAN manufacturing techniques and related CI tools
  • Good communication skills in writing and orally, both in Norwegian and English

  • Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies and procedures.

  • Supports and drives the implementation of operational excellence and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Implements lean practices and tools to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement, standard work, visual factory, continuous process flow, and waste reduction.
  • Delivers Lean Six Sigma training at all levels of the organization.
  • Purchases relevant OpEx materials within cost limits set by the manager.
  • Responsibilities for specific tasks are reflected in the employee’s training plan.
