YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing core business processes to increase efficiency across the organization You create process documentation and visual maps to ensure transparency and standardization You work on cross-functional projects, applying a hands-on approach to implement sustainable solutions from concept to rollout You help define and derive meaningful KPIs to monitor process performance and drive data-driven decision-making You manage diverse stakeholders by communicating complex process changes clearly and ensuring alignment across different departments You lead global project workstreams using Six Sigma, process optimization, or agile methodologies to deliver measurable improvements YOUR SKILLS MATTER Background You have 3-5 years of professional experience in process optimization, project management, or a similar operational excellence role, and hold a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher) Methodological expertise You possess knowledge of Six Sigma or agile frameworks and feel comfortable applying these in a fast-paced environment Analytical skills You have a background in data and process analysis, allowing you to transform raw information into actionable insights Stakeholder management You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures across different departments Technical skills You are proficient in workshop facilitation and process mapping.
