JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be working in a team of Tender Specialists and Data Analysts. The Operation Excellence department is in close contact with our customers and carriers and therefore is required to have experience with Logistics and Customer Contact.
You will interact internally with different departments and discuss performance and improvement plans. You are responsible for KPI Management and checking the weekly and monthly reports and providing them to the customer. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency will be crucial.

• KPI management (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Handling claims;
• Coordinate projects;
• Collecting data;
• Analyzing information;
• Recommending solutions for Logistics processes;
• Improve process for logistics daily operation;
• Create monthly or weekly reports;
• Contact with customers;
• Contact with external parties.

Competences:

• Fluent in Korean and English; Korean is a must.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Innovative, accurate, and analytical.
• Customer-oriented.
• Skilled in handling operational tasks, queries, and issues.
