Order Processing: Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process orders using the appropriate systems and software, verifying product availability and shipping requirements.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory control teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained. Monitor inventory accuracy and support efforts to reduce discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring that the correct products are selected, packaged securely, and shipped in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on packed orders to ensure they meet established standards. Identify and rectify any issues or errors before shipping.
Process Improvement: Analyze order fulfillment processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Propose and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
Technology Utilization: Leverage warehouse management systems and other relevant technologies to optimize order fulfillment workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Performance Metrics: Ensure compliance on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, including order processing time, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate & work with various teams, such as warehouse ops, shipping, inventory & returns department and other areas of our distribution center operations when required.
Training and Development: Assist in the training of new team members on order fulfillment processes and best practices. Share knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
