The Independent Power Producers Society of Alberta (IPPSA) is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team in a key role for a 9-month contract with the possibility of extension. This nearly year-long contract is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination and communication—and who values variety and work-life balance.
This is a hybrid position with flexible hours ranging from 25 to 35 hours per week. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to support Alberta’s power sector, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Handle office administration and data management
  • CRM (HubSpot) development, maintenance, marketing initiatives, campaigns and reporting
  • Manage financial administration by processing transactions and supporting accounts receivable and payable
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including logistics, stakeholder communications, and vendor coordination
  • Drive marketing and communications by developing promotional content, coordinating digital updates, and preparing briefing materials and signage
  • Oversee project coordination by managing timelines, task lists, run-of-show documentation, and reporting
  • Support leadership team as required
